Warning!!! Copyright infringement can cost you a fortune

Written by

Many of us are unaware of the implications of copyright infringement. Some of us are aware but we're used to taking things for granted.

Copyright is referred to as the right to copy, according to Investopedia. This means that once a product has copyright, only the creators of that product and those they authorize to use it can copy it or reuse it. ⠀

Using videos, images, text, or audio that has copyright without being granted authorization could land you behind bars or could leave you pocket-squeezed. ⠀

Take Google for example; falling victim of copyright infringement from Google Images could result in you paying $100,000 (36.5 million Naira).
