The financial gains of knowing your customers

It's your desire to make lots of money, grow your business, and be financially independent.

You work day and night to achieve this goal. You write sales copy and deliver a sales pitch, but you get little or no sales.

What could possibly be wrong with your marketing strategy?

Well, one major area to focus on is knowing your ideal customer. Ever heard of 'Customer Avatar' or the Buyer Persona?

It's an imaginary representation of your ideal customer with elements of reality to it.
What this means is that you need to have a clear picture of what your ideal customer looks like, taking into account their age, marital status, jobs, likes, dislike, challenges, pain points, and so forth.

Creating this representation helps you reach the heart of the person you term as your perfect customer, thus making more money from sales.
